VTEC was established in 1994, as an affiliate of the Saha-Union (Public) Co., Ltd. (SUC) – one of Thailand’s leader business conglomerates. VTEC was created specifically to head the SU group’s expansion into consumer, medical, scientific, laboratory, industrial, and other specialty products related businesses. With the full support of SUC, VTEC has access to experienced management teams, strong financial support, and extensive channels of distribution.  

The company operates in Thailand and its principal activities are Management, New business development and Sales & Marketing as fields below;

- Medical Diagnostics and Blood Bank : Core competency is in blood related Lab diagnostics, equipments and supplies. The company’s key customers include the National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, and medium to large hospitals and blood banks throughout Thailand.

- Stem Cell : Focus on cell technology and related for the more concentration on these fields.

- Women Healthcare : Handle marketing and sales of Cervical Cancer Screening and related medical instruments and laboratory equipments.

- Medical Aesthetics : Aesthetic equipments and supplies such as Laser, Phototherapy equipments and etc. The Company’s key customers include hospitals, clinics and Spas throughout Thailand.

- Beauty Centers : To establish a high and chain of Aesthetic Centers throughout Thailand. We opened our first two centers and aim to open additional centers each following years.

- Cosmetics : Focus on innovative technology products. Our key customers include Dermatologist, Skin Care Clinics and Spas throughout Thailand.

- Consumer Products : We exclusively focus on consumer products which helps to improve the lifestyle  of the people of Thailand and currently sell through several sales channels including Leading Department Stores, Home

Improvement Stores, Home Pro, Homework and Home Mart. We also sell directly to end customers via an aggressive sales force and through a network of dealers throughout Thailand.

- Lab Management Software : We assist the group’s extension into laboratory management software business. Our customers already include leading hospitals, Blood Banks, Governmental Laboratories and Petrochemical Laboratories in Thailand

Venus Logistics Co., Ltd. (VLC)

Logistic Services is subsidiary of VTEC. VLC operates in management, accounting and financing, research and development, maintenance and repair, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, invoicing, bill collection, and all other administration functions.

Venus Gas Technology Co., Ltd. (VGT)

VGT’s aim is to source and import leading technology and competitive products for CNG and NGV market in Thailand and collaboration with leading companies in the energy sector including  PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) and World Gas aim to be one of the country’s leader in technologies for CNG energy.
